ALFI-Youth Participation in the Sagip Sanggol Ligtas Pamilya rally, Liwasang Bonifacio, March 4, 2005
ALFI-Youth sent a big contingent to the SAGIP SANGGOL TANGGOL PAMILYA RALLY last March 4, 2005, at the Liwasang Bonifacio. The rally, called for by Bishop Paciano Aniceto and Manila Mayor Lito Atienza, was against the Ligtas Buntis campaign, against population control and the reproductive health bills.
The day before the rally, a press conference was held at the Manila Bay walk. One of ALFI-Youth’s moderators, Carol Tansingco, represented ALFI and ALFI-Youth in the press conference.
